Locker rooms and showers are available.
Childcare for children 6 and under is available in Cornerstone’s playroom and is included in the price.
Additional members on household account should reside in household. Friends and relatives outside of your household must create a separate account for registration.
A $20 fee will apply for each refunded or changed registration.
Pilates is a total body workout that stretches and strengthens core musculature as well as the back, hips, thighs and gluteal muscles. Small apparatus, such as rings and balls, may also be utilized. For all fitness levels.
Pilates Mat Express -
Pilates is a total body workout that stretches and strengthens core musculature as well as the back, hips, thighs and gluteals. Small apparatus, such as rings and balls, may also be utilized. Cornerstone’s Mat Express class is a 45-minute express version of the traditional mat workout.
Men's Pilates Reformer Workshop -
Joseph Pilates originally developed his method of exercise for men. He focused his efforts on improving the body’s core, including the deep abdominals, gluteals, internal and external obliques, among others. This resulted in improved overall body strength, flexibility and balance. The workshop will utilize a variety of Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Mat, Chair, Springboard, and Arc. The Pilates method aims to achieve long balanced muscles, improved coordination and range of motion, which then leads to integrated strength and increased flexibility with less strain on the joints.
Pilatse Mat and Yoga Fusion -
Get the best of both practices in this fusion class which includes the core focus, muscle stretching and strengthening of Pilatse and the flexibility, breathing and relaxation techniques or Hatha Yoga. Appropriate for all levels.
