Ageless Grace is a cutting-edge brain fitness program based on neuroplasticity that activates all 5 functions of the brain: analytical, strategic, kinesthetic learning, memory/recall, creativity and imagination. Performed while seated in a chair, these exercises are based on everyday movements that are natural and organic and focus on the healthy longevity of the body and mind. For all fitness levels.

  • Cornerstone Fitness & Spa is located at the Health & Wellness Center, Shetland Drive and Route 611, Warrington, PA. Phone # 215-918-5900
  • Locker rooms and showers are available.
  • Childcare for children 6 and under is available in Cornerstone’s playroom and is included in the price.
  • Additional members on household account should reside in household. Friends and relatives outside of your household must create a separate account for registration.
  • A $20 fee will apply for refunded or changed registrations.
