This workshop is designed to improve balance, make strength gains and sharpen cognitive skills for older, active adults. Integrated into the training will be Tai Chi, circuits, obstacle courses, and walking outside (weather permitting) - no two days are ever the same. Exercises are done with or near a chair for support as needed. Prerequisite: must be able to walk 10 feet independently.
