Do you want to ensure that you live the life you want and not let your physical health hold you back? Have the confidence to travel, play with grandkids, and live independently.  Work to improve your balance, coordination, mobility, and ability to get up and down off the floor so you can live life to the fullest.

Cornerstone Fitness & Spa is located at the Health & Wellness Center, Shetland Drive and Rte. 611, Warrington, PA. Phone # 215-918-5900
Locker rooms and showers are available.
Childcare for children 6 and under is available in Cornerstone’s playroom and is included in the price
Additional members on household account should reside in household. Friends and relatives outside of your household must create a separate account for registration.
A $20 fee will apply for each refunded or changed registrations
