Learn fun, new gym exercises in a non-intimidating setting. Improve strength and cardiovascular endurance using pieces of equipment such as resistance bands, stability balls, dumbbells and more, increasing your ‘toolbox’ for your home exercise program.

Locker rooms and showers are available.
Childcare for children 6 and under is available in Cornerstone’s playroom and is included in the price
Additional members on household account should reside in household. Friends and relatives outside of your household must create a separate account for registration.
A $20 fee will apply for each refunded or changed registrations
