American Red Cross Babysitting Course: Youth Ages 11 - 16

This certification course provides teens with the confidence and skills to care for youngsters. Prospective employers will be happy to hire babysitters who have acquired this official recognition. Upon completion of the course, you will receive an ARC Certification Card, an informational CD-ROM, as well as child care concepts. You must attend the entire course, pass the evaluations, and show the maturity to properly care for children. Please bring a lunch, pencil and snack.

General Information
  • Class Location: Warrington Township Main Meeting Room, 852 Easton Rd., Warrington
  • Must register by December 10!!!
  • A $20 administration fee will apply for each cancelled or changed registration.
  • Additional members on household account should reside in household. Friends and relatives outside of your household must create a separate account for registration.

Co-Vid Requirements
  • Participants will have their own supplies & materials
  • Participants will be asked to wear masks
  • Participants will be seated 6 feet apart
  • Activities will promote social distancing, group activities will be completed from their assigned seats
  • We will take frequent hand-washing breaks
  • Instructors will wear masks
  • Outside activities will be encouraged
  • All reusable materials will be sterilized before each class
